Beaird Group Combines With Critical Path Strategies

Beaird Group, a woman-owned small business (WOSB) consulting firm has combined resources with Critical Path Strategies (CPS), a sales consulting and sales team development firm with high-profile business clients, to deliver comprehensive business sales growth services, from strategic planning through program implementation. The company will continue to operate as the Beaird Group and will remain headquartered in Naperville, Illinois.

Beaird Group and CPS teams have collaborated for more than 20 years and enjoy similar client service cultures of respect, integrity, and a strong work ethic," said Beaird Group president, Deb Beaird. "Our clients will benefit from proven, customized sales strategy and sales training plans paired with effective operational program management and implementation to create an environment of sustained business revenue growth."

Beaird Group was founded by Deb Beaird, a former IBM employee, who held a vision of creating a consulting services business able to create client success through strategic planning and effective implementation. The company has grown from a single employee business to a team of more than 50 experienced consultants delivering finance and accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, and project management consulting and implementation services. Beaird Group delivers solutions to a broad span of industries, with an admirable roster of client experiences with Waste Management, Allstate, InvenTrust Properties, James McHugh Construction Company, HBK Engineering, Schneider Electric, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.

Critical Path Strategies (CPS), also created and grown by former-IBM employees, has developed a reputation for delivering impactful and effective strategic counsel to build successful selling organizations. A metric-focused business, CPS has shown client performance of 100 to 500 times the value of CPS consultation and training investment in resulting revenue growth. CPS clients have included Acxiom, BMC Software, Fluor, EDS, IBM, and GE Healthcare.

I could not be more excited about combining the resources of CPS and Beaird Group to create an even stronger business solutions service," said Ken Evans, managing partner of Critical Path Strategies. "CPS has built a reputation for helping businesses bridge the gap between strategy and results by driving speed, momentum, and growth. The addition of Beaird Group expertise and resources will greatly enhance this reputation for results."

Beaird Group will immediately offer the expanded set of consulting services, including business and sales strategy development, sales team assessment and custom training program development and execution, and program and project implementation to the combined company’s current roster of clients.
